This report provides a review of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) season and an overview of key pay developments for executive and non-executive directors for companies in the FTSE 250.

    What were the main areas of contention when it came to proxy agency recommendations?

    What happened at AGMs?

    The change in median AGM voting out-turns and the proportion of companies receiving different levels of support.

    Looking forward

    Our report looks at the remuneration decisions taken by companies with financial year ends from the end of March 2021 onwards to consider forward-looking trends given the continuing uncertainties of Brexit, COVID-19 and other macro-economic issues.
